Ricky Hui 許冠英

This story introduces us a very young Wong Fei Hung. He is dismissed by his father, Kai-ying, as too emotional to be worthy of carrying on his father's martial heritage. He is very enthusiastic but he doesn't have the necessary skills and his lack of kung fu training causes his friend to be injured and his father's school to lose the competition. Officer Yuen Ching sees potential in him and convinces Kai-ying's master Luk Ah-choy to train the youngster. Yuen Ching is killed and after a hard training Wong Fei Hung returns home, challanges Yuen Ching's killer and leads his school in the Pao competition.

Ricky  has a short role as a servant.
